Welcome to Faces Spa. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, cards, and online payments.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety concerns arise.

Code of Conduct

  • Our spa provides professional therapeutic services only.
  • Misconduct or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Liability

  • Faces Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing health issues that may be affected by our services.
  • Guests use our facilities at their own risk.
