Appointments & Cancellations

- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Payments

Health & Safety
- Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if health or safety concerns arise.
Code of Conduct
- Our spa provides professional therapeutic services only.
- Misconduct or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Liability
- Faces Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing health issues that may be affected by our services.
- Guests use our facilities at their own risk.
